A sleep technologist works under the general supervision of the medical director or designee to provide comprehensive evaluation and treatment of sleep disorders including in center and home sleep apnea testing, diagnostic and therapeutic interventions, comprehensive patient care and direct patient education
Completing a Sleep Technology Approved Resource (STAR) Program with an Associates or higher degree of polysomnography
Current Certification as a Registered Polysomnographic Technologist in good standing with the Board of Registered Polysomnographic Technologists (BRPT)
Minimum of one (1) year Sleep Tech experience
Valid and current BLS through the American Heart Association

2 Step TB, TSPOT, Quantiferon Gold (or documentation of 2 TB screenings within current year)
Immunization Records (MMR, HEP B, Tdap, Influenza and Varicella vaccinations or positive titers)
