Description The REGISTERED RESPIRATORY THERAPIST (RRT) is a qualified professional who directs, supervises, evaluates, and provides respiratory therapy services to patients as prescribed by the attending physician. Respiratory therapy care is provided as authorized by the applicable state scope of practice regulations
Requirement

• Bachelors Degree in respiratory therapy or Associate Degree in respiratory therapy
• Registered by the National Board for Respiratory Therapy (NBRT) as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapy Technician (CRRT). Current and unrestricted state licensure as required by the state of practice
• Minimum of one (1) year RRT experience
• Valid and current BLS through the American Heart Association and some facilities may require ACLS which is always preferred
