Graduate of an accredited Diagnostic Vascular Technology program with an Associates or higher degree
Current ARDMS license in good standing and Registerd Vascular Technologist (RVT) certification
Minimum of one (1) year Vascular Tech experience
Valid and current BLS through the American Heart Association
