Description Labor and Delivery Nurse Job Duties. In addition to assisting women throughout labor and the birthing process, labor and delivery nurses care for women who experience complications with their pregnancies and assist surgeons during cesarean deliveries
Requirement

• Graduate of an accredited RN program with an Associates or higher degree of Nursing
• Current RN license or (compact license), in good standing with the State licensing board for the state of job assignment
• Minimum of one (1) year L&D nurse experience
• Valid and current BLS, ACLS through the American Heart Association and some facilities may require NRP which is always preferred
