Description The CERTIFIED OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY ASSISTANT (C.O.T.A.) participates in the implementation of the rehabilitative plan of care designed by an Occupational Therapist and physician. The COTA works under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist. Services are provided in a variety of health care settings.
Requirement

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program at the associate’s degree level
• Current COTA license in good standing with the State licensing board for the state of job assignment
• Minimum of one (1) year COTA experience
• Valid and current BLS through the American Heart Association
