The PHYSICAL THERAPY ASSISTANT (P.T.A.) is a technical healthcare professional who performs selected physical therapy procedures and related tasks under the direction of a Physical Therapist. Services are provided in a variety of healthcare settings
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant Program
Current PTA license in good standing with the State licensing board for the state of job assignment
Minimum of one (1) year PTA experience in the setting applying for
Valid and current BLS through the American Heart Association

2 Step TB, TSPOT, Quantiferon Gold (or documentation of 2 TB screenings within current year)
Immunization Records (MMR, HEP B, Tdap, Influenza and Varicella vaccinations or positive titers)
